Flip is a financial assistant service that enables you to manage your finances, execute cryptocurrency transactions, make payments, and access various financial tools through text messaging and our platform.

To use Flip, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. By using our service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Flip provides access to financial services including but not limited to:

• Cryptocurrency trading and transfers
• Peer-to-peer payments
• Portfolio management tools
• Bill payment services
• Savings and investment features

You acknowledge that cryptocurrency and financial transactions involve risk. Flip is not responsible for any losses incurred through the use of our service.

Bank transfers and ACH payments are provided through Dwolla, Inc. By linking a bank account and using these features, you authorize Flip and Dwolla to originate credit and debit entries to your linked bank account, and you authorize the financial institution holding that account to post such entries.

Your use of the Dwolla service is subject to the Dwolla Terms of Service and Dwolla Privacy Policy. You agree that we may share the information necessary to provide these services with Dwolla.

You agree not to use Flip to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Transmit harmful code or malware
• Engage in money laundering or terrorist financing

Certain features of Flip may require payment of fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with reasonable notice.

The Flip service, including its content, features, and functionality, is owned by Flip and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Flip is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Flip, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to Flip immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of Flip after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
